Blue Cord Firearms Policy on Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

We are thrilled that you have made a purchase with us!  If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase or have just changed your mind here are your options:

CLASSES

REFUND

Because of our solid commitment to providing small classes and our instructors time, we have a strict no refund policy on any class.

RESCHEDULE

You may reschedule one time and your entire course fee will apply.

You may transfer the class to another person, as long as we receive an email with the substitutes information at least 2 days prior to the scheduled class and you have not re-scheduled the class before.

STORE CREDIT

You may use any unused class fee on store merchandise.  This only applies to individuals who notify us at least 7 days prior to a scheduled class date and have not re-scheduled the class before.

FIREARMS & AMMUNITION

We have a strict no refund or exchange policy on ALL firearms and ammunition.  Please inspect your item carefully before purchase.  If your firearm is defective and you purchased it from us, we may be able to handle an exchange directly through our distributor.  Call us with the problem and we will walk you through the process.  Otherwise, please contact the manufacturer directly.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Orders must be paid for in full.  Once an order is placed with our distributors orders may not be changed or cancelled.

STORE MERCHANDISE 

(excluding firearms & ammunition)

Items may be returned for a full store credit within 7 days of purchase with original receipt.  Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging and with original tags attached for store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used towards anything in store and any service with the exception of Private Lessons.

Please note the following exception to our return and exchange policy:

All discounted/sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
